Before my TBR was this monster, I'd go to it, think what I was in the mood for, but now it's WAY too unwieldy. And yes, it's hard to decide what to read next! But I could spend a day arranging and rearranging, and wasting reading time!

LOL, Trish, on the Rocky Mountain Range!

Kelly, LOL! I feel so much better now. I'm never afraid of running out of books, though.

Natalie, I've finished most of the books I've started this year, but last year I didn't finish books that bored me. That's admittedly why I have a New-to-Me stack, thinking I'm giving them a chance, and if I don't like it, I can put it down.

Michelle, the balance is tough. I don't feel guilty anymore, though. Maybe I should!MJFredrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06881706931355203700noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13241994.post-5775369246877793022007-04-16T17:28:00.000-05:002007-04-16T17:28:00.000-05:00I often feel guilty reading when I'm supposed to b...I often feel guilty reading when I'm supposed to be writing. It's hard to balance it! But there's no system of organization. I read a historical last week and I'm reading a Blaze this week. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13241994.post-90975294550989824292007-04-16T16:10:00.000-05:002007-04-16T16:10:00.000-05:00Kelly, I had to laugh. While my pile is not as big as yours (I was over 100 at one point, but have been ruthless this year about not finishing books that bore me) so it's down to about 60 now. And yes, just like you, I panic at the thought of running out, and I also go buy more books far too frequently. Maybe we can have a joint intervention. :)Natalie J. And I'm afraid to count the pile in the spare room because it's probably more than that. And yet I can't stop buying books! If the pile diminishes at all I start to hyperventilate from the fear of running out of books. I think I need an intervention.Kelly Boycehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15459592836145655997noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13241994.post-50603527501903332132007-04-16T11:01:00.000-05:002007-04-16T11:01:00.000-05:00My TBR collection passed "pile" a long time ago an...My TBR collection passed "pile" a long time ago and became the Rocky Mountain Range. I need to come up with some sort of plan of attack. :)Jennifer Shirkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16970585847385511795noreply@blogger.com
