This picture cracked me up.

It rained all over San Antonio yesterday, except here. Okay, it rained for less than 5 minutes and the patio was dry in 30 minutes. Hopefully we'll get some today.

I found my groove yesterday. Should be able to keep going for a bit today, but I do have a stumbling block I need help with. See, my heroine is a state congresswoman, and she's looking for support for this bill. Initially I had it as a health care type bill, then I thought about changing it to a child support bill, but it seems we've got that covered in the legislature. So I'm thinking back to the health care thing. It has to be something she cares about so much that she would rather have a bodyguard 24/7 than give it up.

Also, I need someone to be working against her. I'm thinking maybe the person working against her isn't against the main part of her bill, but against one of the issues she's had to add in order to get support. Any thoughts?

Completely unrelated, I need a denim blouse to go with one of my skirts that I'm making. Any ideas where I can find one?
