10 More Days
And not enough time!
I have 5 parent conferences scheduled, a field trip, grades to turn in, my room to pack, books to turn in, awards to make. Every time I get one thing done, I have to do two more things! BLEH!!!
Looks like I am going to 4th grade with my class, though. I’ll be sad to leave Cindi, but I’ll be working with her husband. I think we’ll have a strong unit.
My son only has 5 days left, brat.
I overslept this morning - snoozed three times. This is AFTER coming home yesterday and taking an hour nap on the couch! At least it's Friday.

Wow, that isn't much time. I've got about 3 weeks before my kids are out of school. They have so many activities going on right now. I'm spending my weekend making "linen" shirts for my son's class. They are presenting a living museum of ancient Egypt. I get sew seven shirts.
Ohhhh, turning off the alarm clock....every teacher's dream!
LOL on my photo finding skills, Dee! I just do image searches on all the search engines. There's one I'm looking for of Alex but haven't been able to find. They showed it on The View.
Trish, I hope I can be disciplined this summer. I trust you will keep me in line ;)
Rene, that sounds pretty cool, actually. This is really a fun time of year, when we get to DO stuff with the kids. I'm doing a fun ocean unit. and getting to work one on one with them. I'm also trying to keep their minds off the fact that summer is coming - I don't want to lose their attention too early!
At least in 10 days it'll all be past :-)

I have no idea when school finishes except vaguely end of June LOL. Nice that you are staying with your class :)
April, I KNOW!! When he was so nice to Izzy, when he made sure Denny got the heart...there are a lot of times I don't get Alex's character, but seeing him take care of Izzy like that made Denny's death hurt a little less.
As for the caffeine, Mom and I are riding together the last month, since our schools are, well, essentially across the street from each other, but on different access roads, so we're stopping at Starbuck or La Madeleine every morning.
