He looks so much more mature now!
That is such a wonderful thing to do and so needed. what a great Kid you have there....

You have a wonderful son. And he's gorgeous *g*! He looks good both ways
Wow, he looks different but same at the same time, you know. It's a really good cause though.
Tori, we couldn't decide if he looked older or younger! There were times, sitting in the chair, he looked just like a little boy!
Ruby Christine and Bridget, thank you! We're awfullly proud of him. All the ladies in the shop came up and said something to him.
Trish, I know just what you mean. I keep staring at him. His face really matured behind all that hair. He hadn't cut it in 18 months.
Good for him! He looks great, you'll have to beat the girls off with a stick...LOL...
I showed my DD pix from the Locks of Love website, and she's finally considering doing it. We'll see -- I think it's harder for girls than guys, you know?
You must be proud.
Much nicer. And a great cause.
He looks great!!!
Thanks, Marianne, Rene, Stacy and Dana!
One of the reasons he didn't want to cut his hair in the first place was that the girls liked to play with his curls. I think it is harder for girls - if I do it, I'll go from the longest it's been since the boy was born to short-short-short!
Mar, this was a great thing that the boy did...he should be proud. AND...he looks good, too!

Wow! Here a few months back my brother went from long to a buzz cut. All this time and when I see him I do a double take. LOL. Anyway, looks great.
Oh Mary! First off, he's adorable with hair or without. :) & I know you must be so proud. My daughter donated 13 inches two years ago & is ready to donate again...once she can convince her mommy. It's so good to see our children doing for others.
He looks great - and what a great cause!
Thanks, JoAnn, Annalee, Janice and Kelly! I do keep looking at him - he didn't have those cheekbones before his hair got long! He changed so much behind it!
That looks like a GREAT haircut!!
