Boy, did yesterday eat my lunch. The kids were not bad, but everything else writing related--2 rejections within 7 minutes! And I didn't final in a contest I really thought I had a shot in. I came home and baked myself a cake--and though I left it in 15 minutes LESS time than the directions said, I burned it. And got discouraging news in the mail. AND I'd decided to wear sandals since it started out at 50 degrees and was going to get up to 65, only it was WINDY and DUDE. That wind was cold.

So today has to be better, right?

Awww... sorry about the "R"s and the cake and the weather. Some days really suck, and you should just be allowed to go back to bed and start over.

((((hugs))))

Every day is better than a Monday- Murphy reigns supreme on that day.

Sorry about the R's. Hope you get good news there soon.

And I have vowed not to wear sandals or buy plants until after Easter. February/March weather in Texas is just too funky-monkey.

Thanks for all the hugs. I just woke up and today's testing. Yesterday was better writing-wise but teaching-wise--argh! 60 more days, 60 more days, 60 more days...

I'm so sorry, Mary! Hold on, it's not too much longer!
